You Wanted The Best, You Got The Best, The Hottest Band In The World, KISS!!! That's how the show opened. That's how the show has opened for years. This time was different though, this would be the last time those words would be uttered in Los Angeles. On November 3rd it was our turn to hear them, as Gene, Paul, Tommy, and Eric, exploded onto the stage at the Hollywood Bowl. It was the band's first time performing at the bowl and their 28th and final time playing LA as part of their End of The Road Tour. Kicking off the night with "Detroit Rock City" and ending it with "Rock n Roll All Nite", while playing every fan favorite in between, it was a rock n roll send-off for the ages. The evening spanned the band's 50-year career, using vintage video clips of them from the early days sprinkled throughout the show. It was truly a night to remember.
