About Us
What’s In-Store Music was created in 2015 with one goal in mind, create as much exposure as we can for our clients though in store play.

Where we started...
The concept for what would become What’s In-Store Music first came to Scott in 2014 after securing in store airplay for an independent artist he was working through his company Emerdood Promotion, an independent promotion company specializing in radio promo touring. It became immediately clear to him, after hearing his client playing overhead in more than one major retailer in Los Angeles, the value of in store airplay not only for major label acts but for indies as well. Where else was an independent artist going to receive this kind of exposure across the country especially in markets where radio airplay was essentially unavailable to them?
What's In-Store Music officially opened its doors in the summer of 2015 when Bob Catania came on board as partner. The mission was simple: Take our client's priority music and create as much exposure as possible through in store play by presenting it directly to the people who program it. The rest, as they say, is history.

What’s In-Store Music has secured millions of in store plays from coast to coast for hundreds of happy clients across all genres, pop, country, alternative, dance and more. Our charts are published exclusively with All Access.
