Saturday, August 5th was a day to remember for What's In-Store Music artist Brandi Huang (Who performs under the name Brandiwyne). That was when she was awarded the gold prize for Best USA Female Emerging Artist at the 2023 ISSA Awards at the beautiful Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center in Atlanta. ISSA (the International Association of Singer-Songwriters) was founded by Tamanie Dove, a singer-songwriter born in Nashville, now residing in Atlanta who is dedicated to supporting and serving independent artists and encouraging aspiring professional singers and songwriters in all genres of music worldwide. Congratulations to Brandi on this well-deserved award. By the way, While you're Out & About, make sure to keep your ears peeled and Shazam handy to catch some of Brandi's terrific songwriting as her two singles "Anime Baby" and "Inside" play overhead in retailers nationwide.
