It's a Holiday Tradition. Each year in Woodland Hills California in a little neighborhood nestled between two large boulevards, the neighbors all get together and transform their homes into what is known as Candy Cane Lane. Virtually every house participates, hanging lights and putting up decorations, turning this little southern California neighborhood into a winter wonderland. In the coming weeks, there will be a slow-moving sea of cars passing through with their windows down, filled with smiling children and pleased parents. What's In-Store Music's Scott Emerson decided to get a jump on all of them. With the What's In-Store Music Holiday Spotify Playlist in his headphones, he rode his bike through the area, taking in the holiday cheer.
