"Pretty Faces" by Paper Money

"The song began as a feeling. Carlo, with long-time collaborator Eric Paquette, built the beat, atmosphere, "la da das," and core melodies, but without lyrics. Marco heard an early version and knew it was special. He and Carlo brought Tim and Eric into the studio for just two days, shaping lyrics around shared experiences and what the track naturally pulled out.

"Pretty Faces" looks back at the moments that didn't feel as important then but ended up meaning everything. The late nights, dumb jokes, near-misses, and the quiet highs in between. It lives in that space between nostalgia and reality, holding onto words and memories that still feel close. There's a bittersweet edge to it: we had it at all, and we got to say goodbye on our own terms."
