It’s a Breeze by Angela Predhomme

"I'll always remember the time I wrote "It's a Breeze," because I came up with that guitar riff when I was spending some summer days on Lake Huron in northern Michigan. It was balmy and warm, with a nice breeze blowing in the open windows. I had just made the road trip up there, and I was feeling good - it was a great vibe overall. So, writing "It's a Breeze" felt natural. It was just a feel-good song about driving and leaving behind all your worries. Not long after, I recorded the studio version of "It's a Breeze" at Detroit's Tempermill studio with local musicians. The track's producer, Brett Lucas, had the idea for the snaps and claps at the beginning, and I think those elements give the track a super fun vibe. "It's a Breeze" is one of my most streamed songs, and it's been placed in Freeform's "Switched at Birth," and also used as a theme song for YouTube influencer Hazel Qing's popular vlog." - Angela Predhomme
