It brings up so many fond holiday memories throughout the years of singing and dancing to this song with my family while cooking up a pot of arroz con pollo with some pasteles, empanadillas, and tostones…my FAVORITES. My most cherished holiday memories growing up are all about the singing, dancing, and of course cooking Puerto Rican meals.
