The Sales Are On, The Malls Are Full
And What's In-Store Music
Is Playing Overhead

If you walk into a mall these days, there is no way you can miss them. The sales are everywhere! People are rifling through the summer clearance racks, 50%, 60%, and 70% off, as stores are making room for the back-to-school push. Shelves are full of back-to-school merchandise, and folks are rushing in to take advantage of all the savings. The longer they're in there, the more opportunities there are for them to enjoy the What's In-Store Music artists playing overhead. In some stores they're hearing our pop clients, other's they're hearing our country clients and the list goes on. If you want your song to be heard playing overhead during this time, then you need to get it submitted to us HERE.

"Things To Come"

"We all have those crucial crossroads points in our lives, a moment in which you must look at what you've got and realistically decide what's next and what's for the best. 'Things To Come' is about the journey that got me there, a rollercoaster ride of drugs and alcohol, a search for the correct answers for myself. Was it that my life was over, or was it that something greater was about to begin? That was my choice to make, and I chose the latter. I walked that path until it almost killed me, and then, with the help of the ones I love the most, I made a shift. I quit drinking because it was destroying me, my friendships, and all I had worked to achieve. There were plenty of good times and travels there, but I had more to do, and I was finally ready to face myself and get back on track. This is a song for the future and comes with the knowledge that we are in control of our own lives, and we should look forward to that, no matter how rough it gets. Here's to you, to now, and to all the Things To Come." – Jeremy

Out & About with
Rockbot's Shawn Cash

This installment of Out & About follows Rockbot's Shawn Cash on his whirlwind weekend, where taking his daughter to tour three Southern California colleges was just an excuse for the rest of it. The weekend started with a quick coffee with yours truly at the Warner Center Marriott. Then, bing, bang, boom, he, and the family knocked out three college campuses. (I should mention that Shawn's daughter, the one visiting the schools is interested in film and is super talented. If any of you are looking for someone to direct your next video, she's your girl.) Okay back to the weekend. Once the college tours were complete, they were off to the happiest place on earth. For those who don't know, The Force is strong with Shawn, so if he's within 50 miles of 1313 South Disneyland Drive, in Anaheim, he must check-in, it's the law. The real reason for the trip was to catch Wallows on their MODEL Tour 2024 stop at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. The band has been wowing the crowds with songs on this tour, including their latest single "Calling After Me". Big thanks to Atlantic's Tim Dalbec and co., for providing the icing on the cake, scoring Shawn some serious dad points, by including them in the KLUC fan event before the show.

Have a great week,

Scott Emerson
