"The Light and Dark is a deeply personal song about fighting between the addictions and struggles most of us face while acknowledging that there is always hope to overcome that. We originally wrote it while watching our dad struggle with the obstacles he faced battling mental illness. The hope is that it connects with people going through something dark to know that there is light on the other side of the shadows you are facing." - Aranda
