"'MAN ON A MISSION' is about my artistic integrity and determination. I have a very distinct vision with my work and wanted to write a song about how important this is to me. When I produced the song I wanted the vibe to be a combination of the 2000s pop sound I grew up with, songs like "One, Two Step" by Ciara, mixed with futuristic hyperpop sound design. One of my biggest inspirations when it comes to sound design and music production is SOPHIE, so there’s a lot of sounds I made throughout the song that were inspired by her." - MkX
