"Key to Life was the last song we wrote for the series and we wanted to write something that would tie together the themes of the show. Even though Win or Lose follows eight different peoples perspectives, we asked ourselves what was the one universal lesson that connected them all? We felt the one constant was that they all had moments where they tried to be something they weren't and it was only when they decided to be themselves that they really found happiness. This felt like the Key. Once we honed in on that, the song wrote itself!"
